He was predeceased by: his sister May Jaber. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara; his sons, Jeff (Patty) of Joplin, MO, Kevin of Louisville, KY and Eric (Jenna) of St Louis, MO; and his brother Hussni (Salama) of Beirut, Lebanon.. He is also survived by his medical colleagues, friends and family.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mercy Hospital, Freeman Hospital, or St. Philip's Episcopal Church.
