He was predeceased by: his siblings, Warren Tidd and Lucille Dill. He is survived by: his wife Vera Herndon; his children, Brenda Tidd of Joplin, Steve Tidd (Debbie) of Olathe and Mark Tidd (Chris) of Shawnee, Kansas; his grandchildren, Brian Tidd (Tiffany), Nickolas Tidd (April), Christopher Tidd (Tara), Derek Tidd, Darren Tidd, Lindsey Tidd and Wayne Tidd; and his stepgrandsons, Michael Miller (Audry) and Brandon Miller (Tiffney). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Gideon's International, the American Diabetes Association, the National Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
