He was predeceased by: his parent Marian Rife; his children, Torey Thomas and Heather Slaughter; and his brother Bill Thomas. He is survived by: his daughter Shawna; his wife Eileen; his sons, Dan, Michael and Raymond; his grandchildren, Ryan, Jordan, Kylee, Emma and Mason; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Adelynn, Ivy, Waylon and Rylee; his nieces, Telisha, Kim, Amanda and Natasha; his nephew Matthew; and his siblings, Paul Thomas (Tammy), Louis Thomas (Kelly) and Joy Lynn Crum (Dan).
