She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sims and Lois Sims (Steiner); her son Mark Thomas; and her brother Frank Sims. She is survived by: her husband John; and her pet Spidey.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in Helen's memory to a pet rescue of choice.
