He was predeceased by: his son Hayden Adams; his sister Sarah Burkybile; his parents, Melanie Tyler and Barry Tyler; and his grandparents, Clyde and Carolene Coleman.

He is survived by: his wife Jenny Tyler; his children, Natalie Adams and Quinton Tyler; his sister Megan Pace; his brother-in-law James Pace; his parents-in-law, Arthur Bosworth and Janet Stevens; and his stepfather-in-law Rick Stevens. He is also survived by several cousins; and numerous friends.

Memorial contributions may be given to the children and may be made to Jenny Tyler and entrusted to the mortuary.
