He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hoofnagle (Willard); his children, Hal Hoofnagle (Shelly) and Brenda Warthen (Ed); his grandchildren, Adam Hoofnagle, Staci Watson (Josh), Becca Todd (Josh) and Nate Warthen (Cheynne); and his sisters, Mary Stephens of California and Helen Wallace of California.
