He is survived by: his spouse Gail Ann Rose; and his children, Opal Roberts (Mike) of Joplin, Jerri Ann Schrader (Jerry) of Joplin, Brenda Hargis (Marvin) of Joplin, Baxter Springs of Joplin, Donald Routledge (Melissa) of Joplin and John Brewer of Joplin. He is also survived by grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
