He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Howard, Mike Howard and Beverly Hobbs. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Howard of Joplin and Rob (Mary) of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Nancy Howard of Carthage, Curt Lynch (Lynda) of Sarcoxie, David Howard (Barbara) of Joplin and Keith Howard (Jan) of Overland Park, Kansas.
