He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Rhoads and Edmund Rhoads; his children, Diane Baker of Overland Park, KS, Mike Rhoads (Kathryn) of Tulsa, OKL, Mark Rhoads (Terry) of Jefferson City, MO and Jim Rhoads (Sherry) of Grove, OKL; his wife Mary Ann; his son Jack Rhoads (Mary K.); and his sister Ruth Clark. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
