He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Blakely and Rubye Blakely (Burnham); his daughters, Pamela Brewer and Leah Oney; and his grandchildren, Christian Hope Blakely and Noah Blakely.
He is survived by: his wife June Blakely of Joplin; his children, Michelle Tyrcha (Scott), Rochelle Day (DeWayne), Michael Blakely (Michele), Mark Blakely, Richard Sankowski (Karen), Adah Hutchcraft (Jason) of Joplin, Benjamin Blakely of Joplin, Jonathan Blakely (Mattie) of Carthage and Eva Blakely of Joplin; and his siblings, Timothy Blakely (Linda) and Nelda Powers (Dan). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and his beloved nieces and nephews.
