She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Minson and Allene Minson (Vanover); her former husband John Charles Ratliff, Sr.; her spouse Dale Ratliff; her brother Jimmy Minson; and her nephew Greg Swartz.
She is survived by: her son John C. Ratliff, Jr. (Tonya) of Commerce, OK; her grandchildren, Jessica Ratliff-Self (Pokey) of Commerce, OK, John Charles "Trae" Ratliff, III (Lilly) of Louisburg, KS and Matt Ratliff (Misty) of Galena, KS; her great grandchildren, Walker, Jay, Lachlan Self, Charlie and Harvey Ratliff; her sister Beverly Swartz of Webb City, MO.; her stepson David Ratliff (Denise) of Tulsa, OK; and her stepgrandchildren, Emily and Will Ratliff.
