He is survived by: his friend Church; his children, David Holden, Daniel Holden (Leisha), Susan Deyoe and Sherry McConnell (Gary); and his brother Richard Holden. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren as well as numerous extended family and friends.
