He is survived by: his stepdaughter Jacqueline Cook (Jerry) of Wyandotte; his grandchildren, Wade Johnson of Turkey Ford, Rebekah Boyer (Mitch) of Tulsa and Casey LeadingFox (AJ) of Wyandotte; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Rachel and Rylan. He is also survived by many Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
