It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geneva Tanner (Joplin, Missouri), born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Clark and Minnie Ward Clark; her husband Bobby Austin Tanner; and her brothers, Cecil Tate Clark and James Frank Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Lynn Coble (David) of Columbus, Ron Tanner (Linda) of Baxter Springs, Larry Tanner (Lisa) of Pittsburg and Deborah J. Myers of Galena; and her sister-in-law Betty Tate of Fort Scott, Kansas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
