He was predeceased by: his brother W. Edward "Eddie" Hoskins. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hoskins; his sons, Mark Hoskins (Cindi), Brent Hoskins (Beth) and Mike Hoskins (Suzi); his grandchildren, Patrick Hoskins (Ashley), Mallory Huffman (B. J.) and Olivia Hoskins; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Hoskins, Melanie Hoskins, Desmond Huffman and Rigby Huffman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Multiple Sclerosis Association or The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation in care of the mortuary.
