He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Glendon; his wife Eloise Matthews Avant; his daughter Sharron Lamoreaux; his stepdaughter Marsha Avant Roth; and his siblings, Marvin Glen Lamoreaux, John Eugene Lamoreaux and Marilyn Lamoreaux.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Glen Lamoreaux, Steven Gale Lamoreaux, William Keil, Donna Sue Lamoreaux Flanders, Debra Marie Lamoreaux Juarez and Carolin Lamoreaux Miller; his sister Donna Lamoreaux Barney; and his stepchildren, Ira Marshall Avant, III, Libby Avant Brinegar, Tomie K. Avant Parsons and June Avant Taylor. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great, grandchildren.
