He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Bladl and Lola Mae Bladl (Vaughn); and his sister Mary Ruth Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Frank Brian Bladl (Michelle) of Prairie Village, Rachelle Lynn McKnight (David) of Neosho and Kelly Jo Bladl (Ashley) of San Francisco, California; his grandchildren, Julianna Marie Bladl and Axl James McKnight; his sister Kathy June Bladl of Joplin; and the mother of his children Susan Ewing (Art) of Carthage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
