It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Zeltner (Joplin, Missouri), who passed away on March 25, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Heck and Grace Heck (Speak); her siblings, Dortha and Hershel; and her grandson Greg Smith.
She is survived by: her spouse Raymond Bea West; her children, Wallace West (Rebecca) and Peggy Bea Page (Max); and also Springdale. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
