He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Sr. Pearish and Elizabeth Pearish (Hall); his siblings, Bill Pearish, Betty Jean Pearish and Juanita Church; and his granddaughter Nichole Pearish.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Pearish; his sons, Steven Pearish, Douglas Pearish and Jeffrey Pearish; and his brothers, Bob Pearish and Jim Pearish. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
