She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Parker Hilliard and Doris Isabell Hilliard (Anderson); her husband Damon Charles Schroter; and her sister Margaret "Maggie" Thurston. She is survived by: her children, Jean Schroter of Joplin, Donna Schroter of Ballston Spa, NY and Scott Schroter of Riverview, FL; her grandchildren, Brenna Kay Schroter, Alec Charles Schroter and Damon Charles Schroter; and her siblings, Beth Fontana of Tampa, FL, Lois Thompson of West Hartford, CT and Russell Hilliard of Lake George, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
