She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack England and Leona England; and her siblings, John Jack England, Kenneth England, Bill England, Shirley Carpenter and Mary England.

She is survived by: her husband Jerrel Cook Jr.; her children, Shelly Johnson, Jerrel Cook III and Elizabeth Cook; her children-in-law, Gaylon Johnson and Mary Cook; her great grandchildren, Kandice Stephens, Augusta Johnson, Felicia Vaught, Riley Druley, Isaiah Cook, Elijah Cook, Jacklyn Cook, Ezra Cook, Jerrel Cook, Nicholas Stephens, Alana Shaw, Emma Druley, Kenneth Druley and Leah Druley; and her sister Patricia Harvel. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that a donation be made to the Mercy Cancer Center or Souls Harbor.
