She is survived by: her children, Jerry L. Mayfield Jr. (Mary) and Jeanie Lynn Wilkinson; and her grandchildren, John, Sarah, Ryan, Joy, Matthew and Jennifer. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
