He is survived by: his children, Richard Dunnington (Bonnie), Connie Smith, Jo Dunnington, Mary Cupp (Michael), Teresa Barker and James Dunnington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Parker Mortuary (1502 S Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made out to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
