He was predeceased by: his mother Melinda Clark. He is survived by: his children, Ethan Clark (Lacey) of Pennsylvania, Trinity Clark of Missouri and Erik Clark of Arkansas; his father David Clark of Quapaw, OK; his sisters, Lori Magee of Oklahoma and Jeri Clark of Oklahoma; and his granddaughter Lily Clark. He is also survived by four nieces.
