He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Frey and Guyline Frey (Slack); and his sisters, Phyllis Lewis Cundiff and Barbara Gourley. He is survived by: his wife Theresia Frey of Carthage, Missouri; his children, Michael Frey (Rebecca) of Webb City, Missouri, Debbie Rusk of Carterville and Connie Altman (David) of Joplin, Missouri; his brother Roger Frey of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Jackie (Brandon), Brittany, Eric (Molly), Tara (Tyler), Lindsey (Scottie), Kenna (Kris), Kelsey, Lil Mike (Marilyn) and Chase; and his great grandchildren, Reegin, Brantley, Brinley, Braylee, Owen, Griffin, Lawson, Harper, Kynlee, Knox, Leilynn and Mia. He is also survived by his wife, kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
