She is survived by: her parents, Theodore Shafer and Mary Lou Shafer (Brown); her sons, Brian Crouch (Tiffany), Adam Crouch (Jennifer) of Oklahoma City, OK and Casey Simmons (Krissie) of Joplin, MO; her sisters, Gloria Christensen (Skip) of Arvada, CO and Sheri Loncarich (Weldon); and her grandchildren, McKenzie Crouch, Marina Crouch, Lyndon Crouch, Ethan Crouch, Daniel Simmons, Sophia Simmons and Bryson Marshall. She is also survived by Three nieces and one nephew.
