He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Steven and Lisa Ann Ragain (Offill); his grandparents, Bobbie Ragain, Barbara Ragain and Carolyn Crabtree (Bill Crabtree); his cousin Nancy Northup (Ralph); and also Jane Offill.
He is survived by: his sisters, Heather Ragain of Webb City, MO and Angela Forrest (Adam) of Webb City, MO; his nieces and nephews, Sophia Ragain, Gracie Forrest, Brayden Prauser and Gabriel Forrest; and his grandfather Ralph Offill of Columbus, KS. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
