He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Donald and Beulah Irene Hartsell (Kendrick); and his siblings, Larry Hartsell (Rita) and Naomi Faye McKee. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hartsell of Joplin; his brother Tony Hartsell of Butler, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Roger McKee of Carthage, MO and Debbie Hartsell of Butler, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and may be entrusted to the mortuary.
