He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lewis and Gladys Lewis; his siblings, William Paul Lewis, Betty Mapes-Cole and Herbert George Lewis; his fathers-in-law, Bert Daugherty, Glenn Dodson and Frank Carlisle; and his children-in-law, Tim Gill and Laura Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Daugherty; his children, Paul Lewis (Tressa), Deborah Simpson (Tobey) and Lisa Sapp (Les); his mother-in-law Millie Dodson-Carlisle; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Cole and Pat West. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren, a Niece, Nephews, Cousins, Friends.
