He is survived by: his wife Debra Phillips Fletcher; his children, Mauricea Partridge (Joe) of Wichita, Amanda Housdon of Wichita, Billy Miller (Becky) of Wellington, Samantha Kraft (Josh Foley) of Nevada, Richard Kraft (Nicole) of Independence, Scott Miller of Norton, Virginia Partridge (Jordon) of Wichita and William Haney (Hainey) of Lawrence, Kansas; his grandchildren, Andrew, Zander, Zoe, Emily, William, Ivy, Alexander, Jaiden, Wyatt, Kimberly and Hailey; and his siblings, Dennis Fletcher (Donna) of Frontenac, Russell Fletcher of Weir, Bruce Fletcher (Tracy) of Pittsburg, Brian Fletcher (Becky) of Arma, Kansas, Brenda DaVee (George) of Pittsburg and Terry Allen (Gene) of McCune, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
