He was predeceased by: his father Orville Howard Cramer. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Wolfe; his sisters, Debra, Cristy and Carrie; and his sons, Maxwell, Hugh and Henry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
