He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent James O. Zerbe; his stepparents, Janet Zerbe and Denzil McDonald; his siblings, Marc Zerbe, Scott McDonald, Joe Denzil McDonald and Dana Zerbe; his wife Barbara Zerbe of Joplin, MO; his children, Heather Hanson of Ohio, Heath Zerbe of Overland Park, KS and Dustin Zerbe (Lindsay) of Adrian, MO; his mother Joan McDonald of Houston, MO; and his siblings, Gary Zerbe (Kathryn) of Houston, MO, Andy McDonald of Torrance, CA, Brad Zerbe (Kenda) of Overland Park, KS and Nancy Schrag (Mark) of Homer, AK. He was also cherished by five grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
