She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Jones and Lorraine Jones (Riddle); and her sister Helen Jones. She is survived by: her husband Michael Surbrugg; her daughter Carolyn Chapman (Matthew); her grandchildren, Anna, Mallory and Bennett of Liberty, MO; her son Kenneth Surbrugg (Heather); and her grandchildren, Abigail and Ian of Joplin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
