Phelps and Edith Phelps (Miley); his wife Muriel Wood-Phelps; his son Don Phelps Jr.; his stepson James Wood (Cordelia) of Coco Beach; his daughters, Tamera Wellner (Carl) of Girard and Lisa Black (Jack) of Baxter Springs; his stepdaughters, Theresa Page-Bohannan (Jerry) of Grove and Deborah Wood of Joplin; his siblings, Maurice Phelps of Colby and Shirley Bohl (Julius) of Hudson, Florida.; his grandchildren, Kyle Wellner, Barbara Corchan-Wellner, Stevie Owen, Tyler Phelps, Tanner Phelps, Kristi Phelps, Leslie Phelps, Tad Phelps, Tegan Anderson, Miranda Stephens, Lindsay Page, Jared Page and Josh Page; and his siblings, Wrex Phelps, James Phelps and Kay Phelps. He was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren.
