She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis E. Smith and Barbara Lee Peugh Smith; and her aunts, Betty McAulay and Marthelle Gose Christman. She is survived by: her husband Rex Erisman; her children, Scott Erisman (Sammye) of Joplin, Chris Erisman (Gwen) of Joplin and Julie Munn (Shane) of Joplin; her grandchildren, McKenzie Erisman, Kyndall Cummins (Caleb), Caroline Erisman, Samuel Erisman, Annabelle Erisman, Lucy Erisman, Libby Munn, Bella Munn and Gabby Munn; her great grandchild Beckham Heath Cummins; her brother Dan Smith (Georgine); and her pet Retriever.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the Mortuary.
