He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Johnson (Anthony) and Frances McGee (Floyd); his adoptive daughter Christi Smith; his granddaughters, Sami Jo Johnson and Lynlee; his siblings, Barbara, Tom, Martha, Judi Elizabeth, Kathleen, Patrick and Joseph; his close friend Brian Groh; and his pets, Little Bit, Moose, Amelia Jane, Boomer Sooner and Angel Biscuit.
