She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Jackson and Pauline Jackson (Needham); her husband Donald M. Ferris; and her sister Patty Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Roark (Bradley) of Webb City, Stephen Ferris of Joplin, Julie Morgan (Ray) of Joplin and Mark Ferris (Glenda) of Madison, Alabama; her grandchildren, Cody Ferris, Chase Ferris, Hunter Ferris, Stevy Lilley and Hayden Ferris; her great grandchildren, Carter Ferris and Karsyn Lilley; and her sister Beverly Baldwin of Joplin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Solace House of Joplin.
