He is survived by: his mother Linda Bench Smith of Lockwood, Missouri; his children, Zachary Smith (Kelso), Joshua Smith of Joplin and Ashly Velting (Matthew); his granddaughters, Violet, Ruby and Holly Velting; his siblings, Derek Smith (Brandy) of Osage Beach, Missouri, Diane Terry (Patrick) of Lockwood and Megan Smith; his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Sydney, Ashton, Angel, Cassie, Ashley, Danielle, Zoe, Cody, William, Brady and Peyton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bentley, Chase, Colton, Paislee and Athena. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
