He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Blackwell and Miltred Blackwell (Tillman); and his half-sister Nadine Lee of Phoenix, Arizona.. He is survived by: his sister Sabra Coyle (Jack); his niece Karen Daugherty; his nephew Brian Daugherty; his great-niece Makayla Bailey (Mason); his great-nephew Dakota Grice; and also, Kai, Ava Bailey and Tucker Bailey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories (312 S Wood St, Neosho, MO 64850).
