She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ruth, Sr. and Murrow Hilbish Ruth; and her brother Alan Ruth. She is survived by: her husband Gary Willard; her stepdaughter Melissa Pavy (Justin) of Carthage; her granddaughter Iyla Pavy; her siblings, John Ruth, Jr. (Sue Ann) of Dallas, Texas and Margaret Ruth Godsy of Oklahoma City; her nephews, Jon Godsy, Eric Godsy, John Ruth, III, Peter Ruth and Aaron Ruth; and her niece Shelly Willard Graves.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Carthage Humane Society.
