He was predeceased by: his father Clarence A. Winters Sr.; his brother Clarence A Winters Jr.; and his nephew James R. Winters. He is survived by: his sisters, Laurana Arnold (John) of Ohio and Rowena Helms (Bill) of Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Marlyn Sue Winters of Haysville, KS; and his nephews, Steven Winters (Angela) of Alton and Michael Winters of Joplin. He is also survived by three great nephews and three great nieces.
