He is survived by: his daughters, Madison Anna Box and Marleigh Rae Box; his parents, Clancy Grissom and Carrie Box, Jr.; his siblings, Aimee Maningas (Talon), Seth Box (Morgan), Samuel Box (Tonya) and Jonah Box; his grandparents, Connie, David Box, Sr., Bud and Pat Hays; and his cousins, Stevie Ray Box and Corey Lee Box.
