He is survived by: his children, Darrel Ammons Jr. (LeeAnn) of Kelso, WA, Becky Hodges and Wendy Miner (Chuck) of Des Moines, IA.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
