She is survived by: her mother Mary Barrett Goodwin; her husband Keith Smith; her children, Dakota and Jessica; and her siblings, Bill Goodwin, Jr. of Joplin, Jim Haynes of Joplin, Dan Haynes of Dallas, Texas, Deb Randall of Oklahoma City and Jackie Pulaski of Marionville, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
