He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Bley and Viva Bley (Clyburn); and his siblings, Marvin Bley, Lee Bley, Glenna Gordon and Chelsea.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma LaDene Klontz; and his children, Brenda Young (Clifford), Allen Bley (Janet) of Moundville, MO and Doug Bley (Teri) of Moundville, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters.
