He is survived by: his former wife Lucy Seales; his children, Tammy Meadows (Dale) of Joplin and Ken Prettyman (Teresa) of Gardner, Kansas; his stepson Rick Seales of Battle Mountain, Nevada; his grandchildren, Sarah Brown (Barry) of Joplin, Chelsea Prettyman of Dallas, Shawn Meadows and Ethen Prettyman of Overland Park, Kansas; his great grandchildren, David Desourdy and Nina Brown; and his siblings, Jerry Prettyman of Sellersburg, Indiana and Wanda Perkins of Pittsburg, Kansas.
