Clarence Clemons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Clemons of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on September 9, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edward and Ethel Mae Clemons (Barnes); his daughter Gwen Clemons; and his siblings, Leonard, Paul Clemons, Shirley Tandy-Steverson and Dorothy Tandy.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Clemons; his children, Ed Clemons, Jr. of Oronogo and Teresa Spencer (Donald) of Joplin; his stepchildren, Angela Sell (Jeff) of Lee's Summit and Curtis Vest of Carthage; and his brothers, David Clemons of Chelsea and Phillip Clemons of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
