He is survived by: his children, Michael Womack of Joplin, John Womack of Kansas City, Jeanne Womack of Joplin and Kristi Womack (Ang McManamon) of Brooklyn; and his siblings, William Womack of Kansas City, Joseph Womack of Chicago, Joan Cook of Ottawa, Phyllis Miller of Oklahoma City, Yvonne "Bonnie" Ohmes of Kansas City and Bernadette "Decky" Cimino of Junction City. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
