He is survived by: his children, Tami Lee (Jason), Michelle Morgan (Jeff) and Michael Palmer (Rhonda); his stepdaughters, Stephenie Kitchingham (Jack) and Stacey Ralston; his sisters, Margaret Snyder Wright and Janice Smith; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Megan, Jacob, Zach and Allison.
