He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Emmert and Kathryn Emmert (Hailey); his spouse Linda (Putnam); his sons, Randy Emmert (Shelly) of Neosho and Bryan Emmert of Joplin; his grandchildren, Emily Emmert of Neosho, Jackson and Grant Emmert of Webb City; his siblings, Jeanette Emmert, Kathy Smith (David, Sr.) and Byron Emmert of Joplin; and his sister-in-law Sharon Hoagland (Forrest) of Grove, OK. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
